Pets & People Humane Society is a foster-based animal rescue committed to saving dogs and cats that are at risk of being euthanized in local municipal shelters. Giving Back Through Bella SPCA – Oklahoma City

Bella SPCA also runs the inspiring Pawsitive Heelers program, which brings rescued dogs into VA hospitals, hospice centers, and assisted living facilities.
